Senior Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the hands-on setup, integration, validation, and launch of 1Password’s Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, Device Trust, and Unified Access solutions.

• Collaborate with Project Managers on implementation strategies, customer coordination, timelines, and potential delivery risks.

• Work alongside Technical Account Managers, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success partners to ensure technical approaches align with customer business objectives.

• Manage a portfolio of ongoing customer engagements.

• Independently lead implementations and offer training and enablement support for projects managed by Project Managers.

• Provide tailored technical consultations and training sessions, including occasional on-site presentations for clients.

• Convert technical concepts into business value and facilitate customer adoption.

• Proactively identify risks and drive issues towards resolution.

• Enhance playbooks, training materials, processes, and AI-driven workflows.

• Mentor colleagues and share expertise in implementation.

• Travel occasionally for customer engagements, team gatherings, or other business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience leading technical implementations from planning to launch.

• Background in implementation consulting, solutions engineering, or customer onboarding.

• Demonstrated success in managing software deployments for large or complex organizations within a B2B SaaS context.

• Strong technical skills coupled with project management experience.

• Experience in managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, tracking time, and monitoring resource utilization.

• Ability to configure solutions independently and address complex customer inquiries.

• Knowledge of identity and security concepts, including IdPs, SSO, SCIM, Active Directory, MDM, and Zero Trust frameworks.

• Effective communication with technical practitioners, senior stakeholders, and audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.

• Capable of designing and delivering both virtual and in-person training sessions.

• Proficient in utilizing AI, automation, and workflow enhancements to minimize repetitive tasks and develop reusable solutions.

• Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
