Senior Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact and Project Manager for onboarding new clients.

• Engage and collaborate with clients and internal teams throughout the implementation process.

• Conduct regularly scheduled meetings to ensure deadlines are met.

• Grasp clients’ business objectives, data, and program targets.

• Execute quick and sophisticated use cases to deliver measurable and scalable value.

• Establish strong relationships with clients and gain their trust.

• Create tailored technical solutions alongside developers, engineers, architects, and product owners.

• Provide platform training and advocate for best practices and recommended product implementations.

• Address common objections and inquiries to facilitate the progress of launches.

• Propel client success and the achievement of their goals and KPIs.

• Configure and conduct thorough quality assurance on campaigns prior to launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in account, project, or implementation management is required.

• Practical experience with mobile messaging platforms is essential.

• Strong knowledge of SMS and MMS is critical.

• Experience with push notifications is highly valued.

• Familiarity with email service providers, cloud-based large data warehousing solutions, data lakes, and ETL processes is strongly preferred.

• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, APIs, and the technologies that support the modern web.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Extensive understanding of digital marketing strategies.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

• High technical aptitude and the ability to swiftly learn and apply new technologies.
