Senior Implementation Engineer – MANTL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead intricate implementation projects by configuring, customizing, and validating Alkami Digital Banking products alongside third-party integrations.

• Investigate and troubleshoot advanced technical implementation challenges through root-cause analysis and assessment of system behaviors.

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for designated implementation projects.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

• Design and implement validation activities, testing strategies, and troubleshooting protocols for successful implementation.

• Provide support for complex third-party integrations while coordinating with external vendors and internal teams.

• Propose implementation solutions that meet client requirements, adhere to operational best practices, and leverage platform capabilities.

• Create and maintain configuration documentation, troubleshooting guides, technical runbooks, and knowledge-sharing materials.

• Recognize inefficiencies in the implementation process and suggest improvements in workflow, tools, or support.

• Mentor and offer technical support to junior implementation engineers.

• Conduct technical discussions and translate intricate technical ideas into actionable recommendations.

• Oversee multiple complex implementation priorities across simultaneous projects.

• Assist with post-go-live stabilization, address escalated issues, and ensure successful client adoption.

• Provide implementation feedback and identify platform enhancement opportunities in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

• Tailor implementation methodologies to suit unique client environments and adapt to evolving business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in leading software implementations, technical consulting projects, systems integrations, or complex client onboarding initiatives within SaaS, fintech, banking technology, or similar technical settings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or a related discipline.

• Advanced expertise in configuring and implementing SaaS platforms or digital banking solutions.

• Proficiency in C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.

• Experience with relational databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or Postgres.

• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities across integrations, configurations, and platform functionalities.

• Capacity to independently manage complex technical implementation projects and priorities.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and technical implementation methodologies.

• Ability to convey complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in developing technical documentation, implementation procedures, and operational best practices.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced client environments.

• Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.

• Preferred: experience supporting fintech, digital banking, or financial services technology implementations.

• Preferred: knowledge of scripting or technical automation concepts.

• Preferred: experience working with third-party vendors and external integration partners.

• Preferred: familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
