Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of Samsara technology for customers, ensuring rapid realization of value.

• Facilitate solution workshops to establish Level 1 business processes.

• Assist customers with change management, which includes policy formulation, communication strategies, and training.

• Conduct training sessions and showcase Samsara technology to both executives and everyday users.

• Navigate customer challenges across a variety of use cases.

• Simultaneously manage multiple customer engagements.

• Work collaboratively with teams in Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.

• Cultivate customer relationships and create as well as implement project plans for effective solution deployment.

• Travel to customer locations for up to 30% of the time, which may include overnight stays.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding capacity.

• At least 2 years of experience in supporting or engaging with technical products.

• Preferred experience with enterprise SaaS and hardware.

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to adhere to methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and project management expertise.

• Outstanding consultative skills and experience in end-to-end system implementations.

• Proven experience managing over 20 implementations/projects at once.

• Demonstrated ability to establish trust and communicate effectively with executives, senior management in Product and Engineering, as well as daily software users.

• Enthusiasm for taking initiative and excelling in a dynamic, change-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and German is essential.

• Experience in change management delivery is preferred.

• Familiarity with utilizing AI or automation in Customer Success workflows to achieve measurable productivity enhancements is preferred.
