Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of Samsara technology for clients.

• Assist customers in achieving a swift return on their investment.

• Conduct solution workshops to refine L1 business processes.

• Support customers in change management, encompassing policy, communications, and training.

• Facilitate training sessions and showcase Samsara technology.

• Address challenges with executives and daily system users across various use cases.

• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams.

• Travel to client locations for up to 30% of the time, which may include overnight stays.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding position.

• Experience in enterprise SaaS and hardware is preferred.

• Strong project management capabilities and adherence to methodologies.

• At least 2 years of experience in supporting or working with technical products.

• Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.

• Consultative experience with comprehensive system implementations.

• Proven track record of managing over 20 implementations/projects simultaneously.

• Ability to establish trust and communicate effectively with executives, senior management in Product and Engineering, and software users.

• Proactive and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and German is mandatory.

• Preferred experience in change management delivery.

• Familiarity with utilizing AI or automation in Customer Success workflows is a plus.
