This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the technical authority and subject matter expert during implementation updates and client-facing discussions.
• Oversee client expectations, project updates, delivery schedules, and client relationships.
• Provide guidance to clients on industry best practices and suggest enhancements to systems and processes.
• Propose system upgrades and work closely with Product Managers and Developers to define specifications.
• Oversee system configuration, testing, auditing, COBRA and Direct Bill setup, employee communications, vendor integrations, data conversion and migration, as well as payroll implementation activities.
• Track milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and overall project advancement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and within deadlines.
• Identify potential project risks and communicate mitigation strategies to the Implementation Delivery Manager.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client inquiries regarding functionality, configuration, and process discrepancies.
• Suggest enhancements to delivery processes, methodologies, service models, tools, documentation, and standards.
• Mentor and coach Implementation Analysts while promoting collaboration, accountability, and knowledge sharing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in client relationship management, consulting, and implementation.
• Current or prior experience with benefits administration platforms, implementation processes, and methodologies.
• Proven experience in managing complex client implementations and multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience in developing and nurturing relationships with clients and brokers.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Willingness and capability to travel as required by business needs.
• Preferred qualifications: experience with benefits administration platforms and HR technology solutions; leadership or mentoring experience within implementation teams; knowledge of COBRA, Direct Bill, payroll integrations, and vendor connectivity; experience in client-facing consulting or professional services; familiarity with project management and implementation methodologies.
