Senior Implementation Consultant, Supply Chain Risk Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of customer implementation projects from the kickoff phase to successful completion.

• Oversee implementation projects to ensure they are delivered on schedule, within the defined scope, and meet high-quality standards.

• Facilitate customer meetings and workshops to gather insights on business requirements, processes, and objectives.

• Convert customer requirements into solution configurations and strategies for implementation.

• Offer customer training and guidance on how to effectively utilize the platform.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging supply chain expertise to provide actionable recommendations.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and customer expectations effectively.

• Utilize knowledge of supply chain management and supply chain risk management in customer engagements.

• Infuse industry knowledge and best practices into customer projects.

• Implement project management and PMO principles throughout customer engagements.

• Oversee project planning and backlogs, identify risks and dependencies, and manage them until resolution.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and contribute to internal best practices for implementation.

• Collaborate with Customer Care, Product, and other delivery teams to enhance processes and improve the customer experience.

• Assist Sales during pre-sales discussions with insights on implementation and supply chain expertise.

• Contribute to solution scoping, estimating, proposal development, and implementation planning.

• Engage in customer discussions and demonstrations.

• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.

• Enhance implementation methodologies, templates, documentation, and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant professional experience in Supply Chain Management, covering procurement, supplier management, sustainability, supply chain operations, or supply chain risk.

• Experience in a client-facing consulting, implementation, project management, or similar role.

• Strong grasp of supply chain processes and associated challenges.

• Proven track record in managing projects, workstreams, or customer engagements from inception to completion.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Ability to comprehend complex business requirements and translate them into practical technological solutions.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple projects and priorities.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

• Specific experience in Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) is highly desirable.

• Experience in implementing or working with supply chain risk management, procurement, supplier management, or compliance technology/software is highly desirable.

• Previous experience with a supply chain risk management software provider or consultancy is highly desirable.

• Experience with platforms or solutions for supplier risk, supply chain resilience, third-party risk, or supplier intelligence is highly desirable.

• Prior roles as an Implementation Consultant, Functional Consultant, Project Manager, PMO, or Business Consultant are highly desirable.

• Knowledge of supply chain risk, supplier resilience, geopolitical risk, or third-party risk management is highly desirable.
