Senior Implementation Consultant, P3 – Biller Focused

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Onboard clients using Practice Fusion Billing Software.

• Provide training, review, and support for clients on the Billing Software system.

• Collect necessary documentation for effective implementation.

• Follow up and respond to client inquiries via calls and emails.

• Promptly address internal and external information requests.

• Assemble documentation and information for the Payer Enrollment team.

• Educate clients on the usage of Billing Software, key configurations, and typical workflows.

• Assist clients after going live with questions regarding claims, denials, and related issues.

• Guide clients in the Practice Fusion EHR to input essential billing setup information.

• Provide training on billing workflows within the Practice Fusion EHR.

• Understand the integration and data flow between Practice Fusion EHR and the Billing Software.

• Adhere to and enforce applicable policies and procedures.

• Meet goals established by the supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, practice management software, and clearinghouses.

• Strong knowledge of the complete revenue cycle: patient registration, insurance verification, charge capture, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections.

• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
