Senior Implementation Consultant, Oracle HCM Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects, which encompass requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Set up Oracle HCM modules, such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Time and Labor.

• Create and implement workflows, approval hierarchies, and business processes within the Oracle HCM framework.

• Formulate and sustain integration strategies between Oracle HCM and various enterprise systems.

• Generate and uphold technical documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and data-mapping documents.

• Conduct data migration activities, which involve extraction, transformation, validation, and loading.

• Create OTBI, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher (BIP) reports.

• Set up Fast Formulas, security profiles, and personalization layers.

• Diagnose technical issues and deliver production support.

• Collaborate with HR leadership and business stakeholders to comprehend requirements and convert them into system solutions.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end users and super users.

• Assist in change management and strategies for user adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Over 5 years of practical experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud.

• Demonstrated experience with a minimum of 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations.

• In-depth understanding of HR processes, including hire-to-retire, compensation cycles, benefits enrollment, and performance management.

• Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly updates and upgrade procedures.

• Advanced knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits.

• Expertise in HDL (HCM Data Loader), HSDL, and data migration tools.

• Strong background in OTBI, BIP reporting, and HCM Extracts.

• Practical experience with Fast Formulas and Page Composer.

• Knowledge of the Oracle HCM security model and role-based access control.

• Willingness to start work at 4:30 a.m. to accommodate the Israel time zone.
