Senior Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery and solution design during late-stage sales engagements for key clients.

• Create intricate implementation plans and guarantee smooth transitions to delivery and support teams.

• Manage the technical implementation and enhancement of significant client projects, tailoring solutions to meet business needs.

• Act as the main technical contact for advanced software, product data feed, API integration, and FTP-related issues.

• Deliver expert-level platform training and guidance to client stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams.

• Mentor and guide junior Client Success Engineers.

• Initiate cross-functional efforts to enhance processes, workflows, and client interactions.

• Create technical enablement resources like webinars, videos, and documentation.

• Leverage AI for implementation planning, client documentation, troubleshooting research, and enablement content creation.

• Articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Advocate for client needs in product feedback loops with Product Management.

• Manage high-risk client situations through proactive intervention and resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing technical position within SaaS, emphasizing onboarding or solution engineering for enterprise-level clients.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Extensive experience with product data feed formats (XML, TXT, CSV, JSON) and FTP protocols.

• Advanced knowledge in REST and SOAP API integrations and troubleshooting.

• Strong working familiarity with Excel and HTML.

• Proven ability to manage several complex client projects concurrently.

• Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and prioritization capabilities.

• Strong communication and presentation skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven track record in documenting processes and creating technical enablement resources.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude for research, communication, analysis, documentation, automation, workflow optimization, and decision-making.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
