This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive software implementation projects from the initial requirements gathering through deployment and continuous support.
• Engage with clients to gather necessary information and data for configuring and personalizing solutions.
• Conduct business requirement sessions and suggest optimal solutions for clients.
• Evaluate current business processes and convert them into future processes utilizing Irth products.
• Identify gaps in processes, products, and functionalities, and propose enhancements.
• Tailor and configure software systems based on the specific requirements of clients.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the assigned implementation projects.
• Ensure that projects adhere to established KPIs, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Lead client configurations using a Train-the-Trainer methodology.
• Showcase system functionalities and provide training, troubleshooting, and implementation support.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to plan and oversee multiple project initiatives.
• Attend project meetings and maintain status reporting along with implementation documentation.
• Coordinate client enhancements with product and development teams.
• Convert business requirements into user stories, technical designs, development sprints, and actionable deliverables.
• Organize User Acceptance Testing and facilitate client sign-off.
• Review product content for accuracy and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage customer relationships, recognize implementation risks, and guarantee ongoing communication and support.
• Strong independent decision-making abilities, along with organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid technical understanding of software development practices, processes, and procedures.
• Capability to identify opportunities for improvements in processes, products, and operations.
• Awareness of commercial aspects and strong business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and communicate technical changes to development teams.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, or 5–7 years in a related field as a substitute for a degree.
• Experience in working directly with customers in software implementation or delivery settings.
• Capacity to quickly learn new concepts, software products, and technologies.
• Skill in building and maintaining productive relationships with customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness and capacity to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours on a daily basis.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a formal degree.
