Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and support to Mid-Market clients during onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal processes.

• Maintain customer relationships and ensure the successful implementation of Samsara’s IoT solutions for fleet and industrial assets.

• Oversee technology deployments, empowering customers to realize swift value.

• Develop launch strategies and roadmaps to enhance product usage.

• Monitor implementation progress, participation rates, product adoption, and overall account health.

• Conduct training sessions and showcase Samsara’s technology to both executives and daily users.

• Address customer challenges across various use cases.

• Handle multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.

• Articulate the capabilities of the Samsara platform to a diverse range of customers.

• Promote and integrate Samsara’s cultural principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting position; experience in Mid-Market SaaS is preferred.

• Fluency in both English and French.

• Strong skills in priority management and a high level of emotional intelligence.

• Experience in supporting or working with technical products.

• Excellent consultative abilities with a background in end-to-end system implementations.

• Demonstrated success in building trust and effectively communicating with executives, Product and Engineering leaders, and regular software users.

• Diplomacy, tact, and composure under pressure while resolving customer issues.

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution.

• Experience serving a large and complex customer base in B2B SaaS is a plus.
