This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a client portfolio of 20–30 accounts, generating $2–4MM in ARR.

• Take ownership of the technical execution for customer implementations from onboarding to completion.

• Foster onboarding, customer adoption, growth, and ensure timely achievement of initial value.

• Guarantee onboarding of all available product features.

• Uphold high NPS scores for both implementation and account satisfaction.

• Assist customers in navigating healthcare data privacy alongside Freshpaint offerings.

• Keep a comprehensive record of all customer interactions and activities in designated systems.

• Confirm implementation behaviors against agreed-upon requirements and anticipated data flows.

• Maintain precise documentation, evaluate progress through metrics or evidence, and close feedback loops with customers and internal teams.

• Become proficient in Freshpaint and the healthcare data privacy domain.

• Educate clients on the value and business benefits of Freshpaint’s privacy platform.

• Articulate technical concepts and sound data principles to varied audiences.

• Act as a reliable technical advisor to client champions and executives.

• Build relationships with customer stakeholders ranging from functional owners to senior management.

• Advocate for customer needs with Product, Support, Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships teams.

• Provide valuable customer feedback to Product and collaborate with Marketing to create customer case studies.

• Identify opportunities for expansion and collaborate with Account Management to develop action plans.

• Enhance customer lifecycle processes and oversee internal special projects.

• Develop content, playbooks, and processes for colleagues.

• Encourage customer participation at in-person Freshpaint events and attend relevant industry events.

• Conduct onsite visits to customers when possible for partnership reviews and relationship strengthening.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or a similar client-facing position.

• Strong understanding of web technologies, analytics, and front-end development.

• Experience in implementing, onboarding, supporting, and troubleshooting platform configurations.

• Proficient in tag management platforms such as Google Tag Manager.

• Competent in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Skilled in aligning technical concepts and features with necessary capabilities.

• Strong operational discipline characterized by an analytical and process-oriented mindset.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Capability to lead kickoff calls and implementation scoping discussions with various stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, geographically dispersed team setting while independently working with minimal oversight.

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

• Deep commitment to customer success and a service-oriented mindset.

• Capacity to drive product adoption and promote new offerings and services.

• Applicants must reside within the United States.

• Applicants need to indicate if they require sponsorship to work legally in the United States.

• Preferred: experience with customer data and/or marketing technology products.

• Preferred: experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.

• Preferred: experience in integrating data through front-end and server-side APIs.

• Preferred: experience with analytics tools or data warehouses such as Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, and Redshift.

• Preferred: familiarity with demand-side platforms like The Trade Desk and StackAdapt.

• Preferred: domain expertise in Healthcare Marketing, Data Privacy, or Enterprise Healthcare.

• Preferred: experience working with healthcare clients.
