Senior IFS Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Configure IFS FSM modules, encompassing work orders, dispatch, inventory, mobile functionality, and customer interaction.

• Manage and enhance FSM workflows, business rules, service level agreements (SLAs), and processes for field technicians.

• Translate service delivery requirements into system configurations alongside IT and business stakeholders.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and configuration-related testing phases.

• Develop and provide training programs for end-users, which can be conducted in-person, remotely, or through self-guided methods.

• Create user manuals, process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training resources for dispatchers, field technicians, and supervisors.

• Offer continuous coaching and support to users.

• Act as a change agent to enhance platform adoption and effective utilization.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across asset management, parts inventory, and customer information.

• Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards utilizing IFS tools or external platforms such as Power BI.

• Analyze system usage and user feedback to pinpoint training deficiencies or configuration challenges.

• Collaborate on improvements, upgrades, and the rollout of new platform modules.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IFS support or partners.

• Stay updated on IFS Cloud enhancements, features, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with IFS Field Service Management or comparable FSM platforms.

• Experience in configuring cloud-based ERP or FSM systems, preferably IFS Cloud.

• Proficient in using ClickLearn to develop SOPs and training materials.

• Strong understanding of field service workflows, technician dispatching, and mobile operations.

• Experience with IFS Mobile Workforce Management or IFS Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO).

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with the ClickLearn platform within IFS Cloud.

• Formal training in Microsoft technologies, including .NET and SQL Server.

• Understanding of technical data structures and relationships, with basic knowledge of Transact-SQL.

• IFS Certified Specialist in the FSM Module or equivalent credentials.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
