Senior Identity Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, enhance, and automate Identity Services by understanding customer needs and employing self-learning techniques.

• Collaborate with the Information Security team to ensure the Identity Service is secure.

• Oversee migrations and integrations into identity services.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to support and operations teams using various approaches.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or comparable Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms.

• In-depth knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance with security standards and regulations (such as SOX, GxP, GDPR).

• Capability to formulate innovative strategies that align with the objectives of the organization.

• Proven track record of working independently with minimal oversight while effectively collaborating within global, virtual teams.
