This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Development and Operations teams on the development, execution, and management of federal standards-based ICAM.
• Lead and facilitate discussions with internal team members and client representatives to ensure compliance with ICAM standards.
• Convey intricate technical challenges and the implications for business processes to stakeholders without technical backgrounds.
• Offer expert advice on ICAM standards, policies, and technical applications.
• Create strategies aimed at achieving target states that emphasize compliance and robust ICAM architectures.
• Write Knowledge Based Articles to assist Help Desk personnel.
• Engage in risk management initiatives and propose mitigation strategies.
• Take part in long-term planning and vendor engagement sessions.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses for complex initiatives.
• Establish goals and metrics at the start of projects and work autonomously with various stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across client business units, program and product management, and Agile teams.
• Lead an Agile team within a comprehensive federal ICAM program.
• Proven experience with large-scale ICAM implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of Federal ICAM (FICAM) Architecture and Playbooks.
• Familiarity with Federal Public Key Infrastructure (FPKI), PIV, Derived PIV, and Entra ID certificate-based authentication.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Exceptional diagnostic, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Capability to comprehend business challenges and propose strategic and technical solutions.
• Over 5 years of experience in maintaining Active Directory and Entra Connect.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience with Azure CLI and/or Azure PowerShell Modules.
• At least 2 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting SAML-based applications.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting OIDC/OAuth 2.0 applications.
• Strong understanding of Entra ID concepts such as enterprise applications, app registrations, managed identities, service principals, conditional access, authentication strengths, NIST 800-63B, SCIM, user provisioning, Entra External ID, and Identity Experience Framework policies.
• Experience utilizing GitHub for source control and change management (CI/CD).
• A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• US Citizenship is mandatory.
