Senior ICAM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build, integrate, configure, and maintain the DAF ICAM architecture, which includes IAM and PAM solutions.

• Develop, configure, integrate, enhance, and sustain ICAM and PAM solutions in conjunction with the ACAS solution.

• Lead projects related to ICAM and work collaboratively with existing teams and solutions.

• Ensure that ACAS adheres to DAF ICAM and PAM requirements.

• Assist in the creation of the Project Integrated Master Schedule with the ACAS Engineering Lead.

• Identify areas for technical continuous improvement and project execution efficiencies.

• Develop and implement enhancements to processes and practices.

• Investigate technical problems to ascertain their root causes.

• Create topology and flow diagrams in collaboration with technical staff.

• Prepare and present solution materials to internal program and engineering teams.

• Develop automation scripts and optimize code efficiency.

• Operate and maintain an enterprise Red Hat Linux infrastructure integrated with RHEL Satellite and RHEL Ansible.

• Deploy and manage Kubernetes containers within Azure and VMware hypervisors.

• Successfully pass Department of the Air Force internal gate reviews without any rejections.

• Engage in ad hoc whiteboarding of solutions with the project team.

• Implement recognized process improvements on a quarterly basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance.

• Over 15 years of relevant experience; a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field may substitute for 5 years of experience.

• At least 7 years of experience with ICAM and PAM solutions.

• Preferred 5 years of direct experience with Okta and SailPoint.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ACAS solutions.

• Preferred 3 years of direct experience with Tenable.

• 3 years of experience in deploying, automating, and securing Red Hat Linux operating systems.

• 1 year of experience supporting the Department of War.

• Exceptional communication skills with experience in briefing internal project team members and DAF stakeholders.

• CISSP or equivalent DoD 8140 Certification Compliance.
