
Senior Hypervisor, RTOS Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Create and implement new functionalities for the RTOS and hypervisor software framework
• Initiate and enhance RTOS and hypervisor frameworks on new NVIDIA Tegra SoCs
• Construct high-integrity software by applying premier engineering, safety, and security methodologies
• Troubleshoot intricate system-level challenges spanning hardware, firmware, RTOS, and virtualization layers
• Spearhead technical initiatives across the team by fostering alignment, managing execution, and ensuring successful completion
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Over 8 years of professional experience
• Excellent technical leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities, with a background in managing cross-team projects
• Proficient in systems programming using C/C++ and developing embedded software
• Comprehensive knowledge of RTOS principles, operating system internals, and hardware-assisted virtualization
• Familiarity with automotive quality benchmarks, including ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434
• Proven history of shaping technical strategies, aligning stakeholders, and successfully executing complex, team-wide initiatives
