This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
β’ Collaborate with leaders in clinical operations, technology, and corporate functions to implement strategic human resource solutions.
β’ Provide guidance to functional leaders on organizational structure, team effectiveness, change management, and leadership development.
β’ Handle sensitive employee relations issues with confidentiality and fairness.
β’ Mentor managers through performance discussions and conflict resolution processes.
β’ Assist with performance evaluations, career development, manager skill enhancement, and team growth.
β’ Work alongside leaders and Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, role definition, and succession strategies.
β’ Advocate for inclusion, well-being, and initiatives that foster a purpose-driven culture.
β’ Oversee the implementation of actions stemming from engagement survey results.
β’ Ensure adherence to policies and practices across multi-state operations, particularly in regulated settings.
β’ Leverage people analytics to detect trends and create targeted interventions.
β’ Offer daily HR support while contributing to broader organizational goals in a growing remote work environment.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in roles such as People Partner, HR Manager, HR Program Manager, or similar positions.
β’ Proven experience in a remote-first, multi-state organization.
β’ Background in healthcare, value-based care, or technology-enabled clinical services.
β’ More than 4 years of experience supporting clinical teams.
β’ Extensive knowledge of employment law and HR compliance in multi-state settings.
β’ Over 4 years of experience navigating employment laws and regulations in California, Colorado, Illinois, New Jersey, and Washington.
β’ Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding through leadership development.
β’ Proficient in relationship building, coaching leaders, addressing complex people challenges, and ensuring compliance in a highly regulated or healthcare-related sector.
β’ Comfortable utilizing data to inform discussions, drive initiatives, and influence decisions.
β’ Collaborative and coaching-oriented mindset.
β’ Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, changing environment.
β’ Must reside in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Utah, or Washington.
β’ Strong preference for candidates located in the Central Standard Time zone.
β’ Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
β’ A background check, which may include drug testing or other health screenings, is required prior to employment.
β’ Employees in roles interacting with patients, clients, or customers must be vaccinated against influenza, with possible religious or medical exemptions.
