This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist with employee lifecycle activities, such as onboarding, management of employee data, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding.
• Create HR documentation, which includes employment contracts, amendments, HR policies, benefits and payroll enrollment forms, onboarding guides, employment certificates, and termination certifications.
• Organize and oversee employee records in the proprietary platform.
• Enter, update, and manage customer and professional personal information.
• Handle forms concerning new hires, status changes, benefits, and terminations.
• Manage benefits and work with brokers and insurers on benefits enrollment.
• Provide payroll data, including time and expense information, to the payroll team and local payroll provider.
• Conduct audits and data change verifications to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Engage in the continuous enhancement of HR processes and maintain standard operating procedures and policies.
• Communicate with professionals and customers to clarify and address queries and concerns.
• Adhere to established SLAs and SOPs to guarantee service excellence.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors, including insurance, local service, payroll, and pension providers.
• Act as the initial point of contact during onboarding and offboarding.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR operations (experience in Shared Services is desirable).
• Comprehensive understanding of HR procedures and policies.
• Experience in a Shared Services environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing onboarding processes across the Americas region.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in both written and verbal English.
• Competency with MS Office applications.
• Proactive "test-and-learn" mentality and the ability to quickly master and implement new AI features and platforms.
• Proven AI literacy and the capability to integrate generative AI tools like Gemini and Notebook LM into daily workflows.
• Resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing stakeholders.
• Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management capabilities.
• Ability to work within an international, multicultural team.
• Flexibility to accommodate various time zones.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with offboarding processes is a plus.
