This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding.
β’ Generate HR documentation such as employment contracts, amendments, policies, benefits and payroll enrollment forms, onboarding guides, employment certificates, and termination certifications.
β’ Organize and preserve employee records within the proprietary system.
β’ Manage benefits and work closely with brokers and insurers.
β’ Provide payroll information, including time and expense details, to the payroll team and local payroll provider.
β’ Review data modifications to ensure accurate and timely payments.
β’ Engage in ongoing HR process enhancements and uphold SOPs and policies.
β’ Interact with professionals and clients to clarify and resolve inquiries.
β’ Adhere to established SLAs and SOPs to guarantee service excellence.
β’ Coordinate with partners and vendors, including insurance, local service, payroll, and pension providers.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding and offboarding processes.
β’ 2-5 years of experience in HR operations (experience in Shared Services is preferred).
β’ Comprehensive understanding of HR procedures and policies.
β’ Experience in a Shared Services environment.
β’ Basic knowledge of labor laws across the EMEA region.
β’ Familiarity with countries such as Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, UK, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, or Finland is beneficial.
β’ Exceptional customer service abilities.
β’ Proficient in both written and spoken English.
β’ Competent in MS Office applications.
β’ Proactive mindset with a test-and-learn approach, capable of quickly mastering and implementing new AI features and platforms.
β’ AI literacy, with the ability to incorporate generative AI tools like Gemini and Notebook LM into daily tasks.
β’ Resourceful in problem-solving.
β’ Experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
β’ Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management capabilities.
β’ Ability to work within an international, multicultural team.
β’ Flexibility to accommodate various time zones.
β’ Experience in managing offboarding processes is an additional asset.
