Senior Human Resources Associate, Shared Service Centre

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist with various employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, data management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding.

β€’ Draft employment contracts, amendments, HR policies, benefits and payroll enrollment documentation, onboarding guides, employment certificates, and termination certifications.

β€’ Organize and keep employee records and HR activity forms updated in the proprietary platform.

β€’ Manage benefits and work alongside brokers and insurers for benefits enrollment.

β€’ Provide payroll data including time and expense reports to the payroll team and local payroll provider.

β€’ Conduct audits and verify data changes to guarantee accurate and timely payments.

β€’ Engage in the continuous enhancement of HR processes while upholding standard operating procedures and policies.

β€’ Address and resolve professional and customer inquiries via email and other communication methods.

β€’ Adhere to established SLAs and SOPs to ensure a high level of service excellence.

β€’ Collaborate with partners and vendors, including those in insurance, local services, payroll, and pension provision.

β€’ Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and offboarding processes.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 2-5 years of experience in HR operations (experience in Shared Services is preferred).

β€’ In-depth knowledge of HR procedures and policies.

β€’ Experience in a Shared Services environment.

β€’ Strong hands-on experience with managing onboarding processes across the Americas region.

β€’ Exceptional customer service skills.

β€’ Proficient in both written and spoken English.

β€’ Competent in MS Office applications.

β€’ Proactive test-and-learn attitude.

β€’ Ability to quickly learn and implement new AI features and platforms.

β€’ Demonstrated familiarity with AI, including the integration of generative AI tools like Gemini and Notebook LM into daily tasks.

β€’ Resourceful problem-solving skills.

β€’ Experience in stakeholder management.

β€’ High levels of self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management skills.

β€’ Capacity to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment.

β€’ Flexibility to accommodate various time zones.

β€’ Availability for night shifts.

β€’ Immediate start preferred.

β€’ Preferred: experience and knowledge in handling offboardings.
