Senior HubSpot Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and uphold the HubSpot CRM, encompassing contacts, companies, deals, tickets, workflows, custom properties, and reporting.

• Set up and enhance the sales, marketing, and service hubs.

• Develop and sustain automated workflows, lead routing protocols, email templates, forms, and sequences.

• Supervise data quality, deduplication, and adherence to CRM governance standards.

• Create dashboards and reports to aid business performance and facilitate decision-making.

• Manage integrations between HubSpot and other business systems in collaboration with the internal IT team.

• Act as the main point of contact for users of HubSpot and DealHub.

• Resolve user issues and coordinate vendor support when needed.

• Create training materials and lead user training sessions.

• Advocate for best practices and enhance system adoption across teams.

• Gradually expand support to adjacent revenue systems such as DealHub over time.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Sales Operations, or a related field.

• 3-5+ years of experience managing HubSpot CRM.

• A solid understanding of CRM, data analytics, sales operations, and quote-to-cash processes.

• Experience in workflow automation, reporting, and system integrations.

• Expertise in data management and CRM governance.

• Excellent communication skills.

• HubSpot Certifications are highly preferred.

• Experience with administering DealHub or similar CPQ platforms is preferred.

• Familiarity with integrating HubSpot with other business systems like DealHub, NetSuite, and Google Workspace is preferred.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis/BI tools is preferred.

• Experience in supporting Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Go-to-Market teams is preferred.

• Capacity to work at a screen for extended periods, utilize standard input devices, and engage in virtual meetings.
