This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.
• Oversee and manage core HR systems, including Dayforce, iCIMS, Lattice, and others.
• Set up security roles and workflows.
• Audit, validate, clean, and safeguard HR data integrity.
• Maintain configurations, security, workflows, integrations, documentation, and daily system performance.
• Act as an escalation point and collaborate with vendors and IT for root-cause analysis and long-term solutions.
• Lead or assist in module rollouts, system implementations, enhancements, and vendor or platform modifications from discovery to go-live and hypercare.
• Coordinate data migration, integration mapping, testing, and cutover processes.
• Aid in the creation of user guides and promote the adoption of new tools and methodologies.
• Configure system changes and manage release management, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collect requirements and assist in defining clear functional specifications.
• Collaborate with HRIS, HR Operations, IT, Finance, and system owners across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ.
• Develop or assist in automated reports and dashboards.
• Support security, compliance, and audit requirements, including SOC and ISO controls.
• Ensure data readiness for compensation and performance cycles.
• A minimum of 3 years experience as an HRIS analyst, technical business systems analyst, or in a similar systems role.
• Practical experience with enterprise HR platforms such as Dayforce, iCIMS, Lattice, or comparable systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail, data accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Experience with system implementations, integrations, configuration adjustments, or vendor transitions.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently, prioritize, and follow through on tasks.
• A mindset of curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across time zones with global, distributed teams.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.
