📋 Description

• Analyze and provide recommendations for the strategic direction of HR systems.

• Collaborate with senior management on initiatives related to HR systems.

• Lead projects and cross-functional initiatives involving HR systems.

• Coordinate project activities with Information Services personnel and consultants.

• Assess and implement new software applications.

• Support improvements and resolutions for existing systems.

• Develop project plans, testing plans, and system budgets.

• Monitor project progress and escalate issues as necessary.

• Test and validate system configurations, reports, tables, and interfaces.

• Analyze complex business processes and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Collect and interpret business requirements.

• Develop alternative solutions and make system recommendations.

• Create functional specifications and implementation strategies.

• Offer technical guidance and expertise to system users.

• Act as a liaison between HR, Information Services, vendors, and consultants.

• Facilitate collaboration with both internal and external business partners.

• Foster support for systems initiatives and recommendations.

• Represent the organization with software vendors, professional associations, and user groups.

• Provide production support for HR and Payroll applications.

• Maintain application configurations, code tables, and system security.

• Generate both scheduled and ad hoc operational reports.

• Develop and maintain Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher reports.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.

• Support interfaces and integrations among business systems.

• Create audit reports and uphold data integrity controls.

• Develop and maintain system documentation and user procedures.

• Produce training materials and conduct user training sessions.

• Assist users with software and hardware issues.

• Support service request management and enhancement requests.

• Provide recommendations regarding software, hardware, and system upgrades.

• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

• A minimum of five (5+) years of experience supporting HR systems or business applications.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

• Experience in configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion is required.

• Experience in supporting Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Performance Management is essential.

• Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion configuration and administration.

• Understanding of HR and Payroll systems, processes, and business objectives.

• Knowledge of Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher reporting solutions.

• Proficiency in Oracle Fast Formulas and SQL.

• Experience in production support and systems troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of workforce management and timekeeping applications.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel functionalities.

• Knowledge of HR data management, reporting, and analytics.

• Understanding of systems implementation and project management practices.

• Ability to comprehend complex business and system challenges.

• Strong analytical skills to assess problems and develop effective solutions.

• Capability to conduct strategic analysis and formulate recommendations.

• Proficient in writing specifications and technical documentation.

• Ability to execute systems testing and validation.

• Capacity to establish and maintain cross-functional working relationships.

• Ability to provide project leadership and direction to project teams.
