Senior HR Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the People Systems roadmap, effectively capturing both current and forthcoming initiatives across all HR stakeholder groups in alignment with overarching People priorities.

• Collaborate closely with the HRIS vendor, HiBob, by monitoring its product roadmap, highlighting pertinent updates, and proactively shaping priorities based on Nebius’ requirements in conjunction with the People Systems Manager.

• Convert People Systems challenges and stakeholder feedback into clearly defined enhancement requests and improvement initiatives for HiBob and other systems.

• Engage with HR leadership and key stakeholder groups through regular business reviews to comprehend pain points, share updates, and facilitate continuous improvement efforts.

• Evaluate existing end-user and internal People Systems documentation to pinpoint gaps, and produce clear, structured documentation that enhances end-user knowledge and promotes self-service.

• Oversee People Systems activities related to potential mergers and acquisitions, encompassing HRIS integrations, employee record creation, data migration, and lifecycle process setup.

• Discover and implement opportunities for automation, self-service, and efficiency enhancements across People Systems.

• Assist in the implementation of AI-driven support solutions, such as Rovo or similar tools, as optional tier-0 support utilizing existing end-user documentation.

• Serve as a deputy to the People Systems Manager when necessary, aiding continuity, decision-making, and team leadership matters during their absence.

• Collaborate with the HR organization and downstream stakeholders to tackle challenges through scalable and efficient solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the capability to confidently engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Over 7 years of experience in HR, People Systems, or related areas, with a strong focus on systems ownership, process design, or HR technology.

• A solid technical understanding is essential, including a basic comprehension of how APIs and Webhooks function.

• Familiarity with Python, Power Automate, Airflow, or AI-driven tools is a significant advantage.

• Proven experience in owning or contributing to People Systems or HRIS roadmaps.

• Strong hands-on experience with contemporary HRIS platforms.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with external vendors and influencing product roadmaps.

• Experience supporting or leading People Systems workstreams during mergers and acquisitions.

• Established ability to identify, design, and implement automation and self-service solutions.

• Experience in creating and maintaining high-quality end-user documentation, such as Confluence or similar tools.

• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools, such as Tableau, along with a strong data-driven mindset.

• Experience utilizing Jira or similar ticketing and project tracking systems.

• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership in a rapidly growing, global environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
