This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Oversee and manage the entire process of employee exits across diverse international jurisdictions.
β’ Offer expert advice on termination, resignation, transfers, employment contracts, and redundancy procedures.
β’ Lead and conduct meetings with clients and external employees, which include consultations on workforce reduction, hearings, negotiations regarding separations and settlements, and termination results.
β’ Negotiate and influence favorable outcomes in intricate termination situations.
β’ Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders, such as payroll, legal advisors, government entities, and labor unions.
β’ Draft, customize, and manage termination and supplemental documentation.
β’ Ensure employee records are maintained in accordance with privacy and confidentiality laws.
β’ Handle offboarding procedures using Remoteβs internal HRIS platform.
β’ Address internal and external inquiries related to offboarding issues.
β’ Assist clients in navigating Employee Relations resources, policies, and procedures.
β’ Perform initial assessments of workplace issues and relevant local laws.
β’ Manage the resolution of employee relations cases.
β’ Aid clients in implementing progressive disciplinary measures and ensuring proper documentation.
β’ Track employee relations cases and ensure prompt follow-up actions.
β’ Contribute to enhancements in processes, automation, product development, and initiatives focused on customer and employee experiences.
β’ Report directly to the Manager of Employee Lifecycle, Employee Relations & Transitions.
β’ Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with comprehensive HR competencies throughout the employee lifecycle.
β’ Proven track record in managing both voluntary and involuntary exits with empathy, sensitivity, and adherence to legal standards.
β’ Experience providing HR expertise on employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
β’ Capability to interpret and apply industrial instruments effectively.
β’ Proficiency in analyzing complex HR challenges, conducting research, and delivering actionable solutions.
β’ Basic knowledge of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation processes.
β’ Exceptional communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation abilities.
β’ Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level.
β’ Aptitude for process innovation, optimization, and automation.
β’ Strong awareness of operational efficiency, record-keeping, and data integrity.
β’ Technologically adept and capable of collaborating asynchronously using modern tools and systems.
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, international, asynchronous, remote setting.
β’ Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours as required.
