This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
• Provide independent support for comprehensive measurement and reporting related to patient care quality, safety, and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency.
• Assist in quality and efficiency reporting through general and statistically-based analytics.
• Collaborate directly with hospital clients to establish specifications for analytic and reporting requirements.
• Oversee data sets, ensuring data integrity and conducting audits.
• Analyze and document business processes, facilitating enhancements to guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and availability of data.
• Maintain thorough documentation of activities as necessary.
• Work in conjunction with clinical and administrative personnel, leadership, performance improvement teams, report writers, departmental staff, and other medical center members.
• Develop expertise in specific datasets, databases, software applications, external data sources, or organizational units.
• Present high-level summaries and interpretations of both internal and external data analyses and reports.
• Conduct advanced data mining and modeling by integrating multiple data sources from various systems and databases.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a data analyst and/or business analyst.
• Proven experience in facilitating performance improvement projects and/or performing quantitative analysis/reporting on quality and efficiency metrics.
• Familiarity with relational databases, technology trends, and tools that support HR/Payroll business process management.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in HRMS Human Resource/Payroll Management System components and application modules, including client/server and web components.
• Expertise in report writing using tools such as Crystal, Business Objects, BI, OBIEE, Web Intelligence, SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Excel Add-Ins, Access, Excel, VB, and other Microsoft applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• UKG experience is a plus.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
