• Engage in a remote voice and video interview lasting 45 minutes.

• Describe a recent challenge concerning resource allocation or staffing.

• Assess theoretical management scenarios and clarify your decision-making processes.

• Identify operational bottlenecks faced in daily workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a senior position as a hospital administrator or medical director.

• Must be located in the United States.

• Should have direct experience managing clinical or operational policies within a healthcare facility.

• Must be at ease discussing institutional management during a recorded video call.

• Senior leadership experience within US-based healthcare systems, including roles such as hospital administrators, medical directors, chiefs of staff, and clinical operations executives is required.
