Senior Healthcare Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Ensure adherence to HR compliance with employment laws while managing employee documentation, which includes contracts and recruitment paperwork.

• Keep HR documents and internal databases updated and well-maintained.

• Identify, screen, and attract qualified candidates for healthcare roles throughout the US.

• Create and implement strategic recruitment plans in collaboration with operational partners.

• Foster and maintain candidate relationships through technology, as well as cold and warm leads, and referrals.

• Assist hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.

• Engage candidates at every stage of the hiring process.

• Partner with hiring managers on candidate selection and supervise the offer process.

• Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers while building a robust candidate pipeline.

• Ensure precise data in the Applicant Tracking System and highlight areas for improvement in the recruitment process.

• Employ innovative recruiting techniques, including social media outreach, career fairs, and campus visits.

• Organize recruiting job fairs and participate in relevant industry conferences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.

• Extensive experience working with an Applicant Tracking System; familiarity with Dayforce is advantageous.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a staffing or corporate setting.

• Preferably have experience in the healthcare sector.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Dependable, organized, and task-oriented with a robust work ethic.

• Capacity to coach and motivate others.

• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

• Self-driven problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor.

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Capacity to handle stress and sustain productivity amid tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.

• Capability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
