This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Create and implement detailed Strategic Account Plans aimed at enhancing wallet share within designated accounts.
• Identify untapped opportunities across divisions, business units, and service lines.
• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships, positioning the organization as a strategic ally.
• Conduct impactful business reviews that align customer objectives with outcomes achieved and future prospects.
• Propel cross-selling and upselling initiatives by leveraging internal subject matter experts and commercial partners.
• Evaluate account expenditures, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to uncover growth strategies.
• Oversee opportunity pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue tracking within the assigned portfolio.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations for seamless execution.
• Track contract performance and pinpoint opportunities for renewals, extensions, and expansions.
• Navigate and achieve results within a complex, matrixed organization while leading and influencing without direct authority.
• Maintain organized CRM documentation, including action plans and growth initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor, aligning customer business goals with enterprise solutions and coordinating cross-functional resources to deliver measurable value.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in strategic sales or key account management.
• Proven track record in expanding wallet share within intricate, multi-site accounts.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Established ability to cultivate executive-level relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate matrixed organizations.
• Expertise in enterprise account penetration strategies.
• Advanced skills in negotiation and deal structuring.
• Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in ROI modeling, margin analysis, and long-term contract economics.
• Ability to navigate complex Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) decision-making hierarchies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Power BI, and Salesforce.com (SFDC).
• Candidate must reside within the designated Territory.
• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.
