Senior Health Plan Management Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance Teladoc Health's partnerships with prominent insurance firms and health plan payers.

• Cultivate strategic connections across various account roles and areas of expertise, including executive-level personnel.

• Broaden Teladoc Health's influence within the account base through revenue enhancement, product diversification, and market expansion.

• Identify and pursue new opportunities within the existing account base.

• Create quarterly reports utilizing data to articulate Teladoc Health's value proposition for executive-level clients.

• Establish an operational calendar, comprehensive account plan/forecast, and account planning/mapping process.

• Collaborate with product, clinical, data science, implementation, reporting, legal, and finance teams.

• Meet revenue and margin objectives within the designated budget.

• Oversee issue resolution and ensure customer satisfaction within the account base.

• Stay informed about customer needs, market trends, industry challenges, key players, products, and technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the health plan payers sector.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex and strategic accounts.

• Experience in shifting account productivity from volume-driven to value-oriented results.

• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening abilities.

• Effective consultative approach.

• Capability to energize, communicate, and establish rapport at all organizational levels.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in advising, presenting to, and influencing senior corporate personnel.

• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.

• Leadership experience with a vision for market expansion.

• A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is required.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Willingness to travel for professional commitments.

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Startup experience is advantageous.

• Background in technology and/or professional services is a plus.

• A Master's degree in Public Health is preferred, but not mandatory.
