Senior Health Economics Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive Systematic Literature Reviews (SLRs) from start to finish.

• Lead and manage various SLR phases including screening, data extraction, protocol development, and quantitative feasibility assessment.

• Create systematic review reports, presentation slides, manuscripts, abstracts, and posters.

• Work autonomously and collaboratively within a team under the guidance of Project Leads/Managers.

• Manage priorities effectively to produce high-quality work that is ready for client presentation.

• Adhere to organizational consulting frameworks and methodologies.

• Comprehend project scope, objectives, and factors impacting profitability; identify challenges and suggest solutions.

• Communicate professionally with client organizations and assist in presentations with senior oversight.

• Assist Project Leads with project management responsibilities and tailor deliverables as needed.

• Aid in the development of HEOR proposals for Managers/Directors.

• Recognize potential new business opportunities and foster relationships with industry contacts.

• Achieve scorecard targets and manage administrative tasks such as timesheets, expense reports, CV updates, and document archiving.

• Engage in internal initiatives and mentorship programs.

• Pursue professional development activities to remain updated in the field.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific or Technical field.

• Preferred: Master’s degree in Life Sciences/MBBS/BDS/PhD with over 3 years of experience.

• Ideal: Postgraduate qualifications in COA-related disciplines (Psychology, Social Science, Anthropology).

• Advanced degree holders should possess more than 3 years of pertinent experience (HEOR/SLR).
