Senior Headhunter – Startups

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn while performing initial outreach.

• Advocate for roles to candidates and provide support throughout the entire recruitment process.

• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and align them with client specifications.

• Collaborate with clients to prepare job offers and contracts.

• Refer qualified candidates for other positions to the Sales team.

• Oversee headhunting processes both operationally and strategically, ensuring successful outcomes.

• Generate revenue through existing client mandates.

• Directly communicate with clients to maintain quality standards and deliver reports.

• Negotiate offers and contracts in close partnership with clients.

• Continuously enhance the internal candidate ATS and candidate database.

• Collaborate with the Founder and Head of Headhunting to develop the agency.

• No responsibilities for acquiring new mandates; this task is managed by the Marketing team and the Founder.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a similar role.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Fluent in both German and English, with strong negotiation capabilities in each language.

• A passion for working with people, demonstrating empathy and a proactive approach.

• Experience in sales and candidate placement.

• Knowledge of the distinctions between recruiting and headhunting.

• A solution-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on revenue generation.

• An appreciative, honest, and respectful demeanor in interactions with others.
