Senior Hardware Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruiting process for hardware engineering positions, from initial intake to the acceptance of offers.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and formulate effective recruitment strategies.

• Identify and engage top-tier technical talent via LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.

• Organize interviews and guarantee an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Keep precise candidate records and track recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system.

• Work alongside recruiters, coordinators, and cross-functional teams to align on hiring priorities.

• Contribute to enhancements in the recruitment process, documentation, and team initiatives that boost efficiency and scalability.

• Assist in attracting and hiring outstanding engineering talent for both software and hardware divisions.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in an in-house capacity.

• Proven experience in recruiting for technical positions, especially in hardware engineering.

• Proficient sourcing abilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition platforms.

• Capability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment data.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Current authorization to work in the United States.

• Experience in recruiting within robotics, AI, autonomous systems, or other advanced technology sectors is a plus.

• Experience supporting rapidly growing engineering teams is advantageous.
