Senior GTM Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of significant GTM systems projects from start to finish, encompassing business problem identification, architecture, implementation, rollout, and ongoing iteration.

• Drive the advancement of quote-to-cash infrastructure, covering areas such as CPQ, pricing and packaging, approvals, contracting, and billing transitions.

• Develop systems that facilitate complex enterprise agreements, incorporating usage-based pricing, multi-product arrangements, ramp structures, amendments, and tailored terms.

• Create internal tools and automate processes for Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and RevOps.

• Leverage AI for automation, internal applications, systems analysis, data migration, architecture documentation, and operational workflows.

• Implement engineering practices, including testing, version control, sandbox discipline, monitoring, and deliberate system design.

• Collaborate with GTM and Finance leaders to identify issues, assess tradeoffs, and prioritize systems development.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in building and owning systems for a contemporary GTM organization.

• Profound expertise in Salesforce, including data models, automation, permissions, and integrations.

• Significant experience with quote-to-cash processes.

• Familiarity with CPQ.

• Enthusiasm for utilizing AI in systems development.

• Capability to devise solutions for complex business challenges and execute them effectively.

• Proficiency in transitioning between technical implementation and discussions with Sales, Finance, or Operations teams.

• Commitment to creating durable, understandable, and maintainable systems.

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. is validated post-hire through E-Verify.
