📋 Description

• Report directly to the Director of GTM Strategy and Operations.

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies aimed at driving growth, enhancing efficiency, and cultivating valuable partnerships.

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports that track KPIs and operational metrics.

• Lead projects that identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within go-to-market functions.

• Take ownership of annual and quarterly revenue planning, quota and attainment tracking, and bottoms-up forecasting in collaboration with Finance and Sales leadership.

• Construct and sustain forecasting models that integrate pipeline, bookings, expansion, and churn indicators.

• Facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews that include actionable analyses and recommendations.

• Optimize comprehensive GTM processes, such as lead management, opportunity management, and customer lifecycle workflows.

• Develop and enforce data-management best practices to guarantee data integrity.

• Identify process deficiencies and spearhead cross-functional initiatives to address them.

• Build and implement AI agents to automate repetitive workflows and enhance business reporting.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing customer success strategies that yield measurable results.

• Strong comprehension of customer engagement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Exceptional analytical abilities, including data interpretation, insight generation, data-driven decision-making, and appropriate use of AI.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for fostering relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Capability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

• Bonus: Familiarity with Hubspot.
