Senior GTM Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete recruiting process for senior positions within GTM and business teams, encompassing intake and sourcing through to screening, interviews, offers, and finalizing hires.

• Create customized hiring strategies for various functions including Marketing, Brand Design, Client Engagement, Accounting, and others.

• Implement innovative search techniques utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strategies, portfolios, brand and campaign initiatives, professional networks, conference speaker lists, public writing, web exploration, talent intelligence, and unique sourcing methods.

• Track candidates through executed campaigns, brand initiatives, client achievements, portfolio highlights, public writings, and career trajectories.

• Assess the marketing pipeline and brand influence, designer portfolios and their impact, as well as client leadership retention and growth.

• Connect with candidates through engaging, bespoke outreach that communicates the team's objectives, challenges, and opportunities.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, share market insights, challenge existing assumptions, clarify trade-offs, and refine strategies.

• Oversee the candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance, which includes screening, interview preparation, feedback delivery, and closing conversations.

• Ensure accurate and timely candidate data management within Ashby or a comparable applicant tracking system.

• Contribute to the enhancement of recruiting practices through research methodologies, talent insights, tools, processes, and innovative approaches.

• Facilitate the hiring of outstanding talent through efficiency, creativity, persistence, inclusive practices, and sound judgment regarding candidates.

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting for senior roles across GTM and business teams.

• Capability to devise tailored hiring strategies for Marketing, Brand Design, Client Engagement, Accounting, and various other functions.

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.

• Familiarity with talent mapping, referrals, portfolios, campaigns, professional communities, conference speaker lists, public writing, web research, talent intelligence, and non-traditional sourcing channels.

• Skill in evaluating excellence across diverse disciplines and identifying transferable experience.

• Ability to conduct research on unfamiliar subjects and coordinate with functional experts.

• Talent for crafting concise, personalized, and credible outreach messages for candidates.

• Proven ability to manage recruiting processes and successfully close senior-level candidates.

• Experience in utilizing response rates, conversion metrics, and pipeline quality to enhance search strategies.

• Thoughtful application of AI tools such as Claude or similar platforms, with a focus on accuracy, privacy, and genuine human interaction.

• Experience in maintaining candidate information and activity records in Ashby or a similar applicant tracking system.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to partner with hiring leaders across multiple functional areas.

• Must currently reside in the United States.
