This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Implement agentic workflows that eliminate manual tasks in events, partner communications, and product marketing.
• Develop the events program into a scalable system that fosters in-person and community engagement both in the UK and internationally.
• Execute account-based marketing strategies that create new pipelines and refine approaches using key performance metrics.
• Convert intricate product and pricing innovations into marketable positioning that partners can promote and buy-side clients can utilize.
• Create the automated product launch workflow, starting from product management specifications to the go-to-market brief.
• Manage partner activation, which includes the events program, activation channels, and go-to-market experiments.
• Transform customer insights into structured signals aimed at enhancing positioning and prioritizing go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee competitive intelligence related to essential go-to-market initiatives.
• Monitor activation costs and the returns on pipeline investments.
• Take charge of reporting within the bi-weekly rhythm and establish institutional memory for the go-to-market engine.
• Builder mindset: deliver swiftly, leverage experience, and operate without a fully developed brief.
• Systems thinking: step back from daily tasks to create scalable program infrastructure while executing effectively.
• Marketing proficiency across positioning, narrative development, activation, and channel strategy.
• Direct daily experience with AI or no-code tools, demonstrating the creation of tangible workflows.
• Experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing through or to a partner network.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Series B environment.
• Experience in owning or contributing to an ABM program (preferred).
• Ownership of community or events programs (preferred).
• Familiarity with complex or regulated sectors such as energy, fintech, infrastructure, or healthcare (preferred).
