Senior GTM Engineering Analyst

📋 Description

• Develop artificial intelligence agents, data products, and analytical workflows for worldwide go-to-market teams.

• Integrate information from various business systems and automate repetitive tasks.

• Generate dependable insights for Sales, Solutions, Customer Experience, and Channel leaders.

• Revamp sales and revenue operations processes to minimize manual labor.

• Construct and uphold AI agents for call and deal summaries, customer follow-ups, target-account prioritization, and deal-risk notifications.

• Build and manage data tables and scheduled analysis tasks that incorporate Salesforce, Gong, and other go-to-market platforms.

• Prepare reports, alerts, and weekly briefs for sales management.

• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Experience, Channel, and Revenue Operations teams to establish technical specifications.

• Outline go-to-market processes and enhance data quality and efficiency.

• Assess AI outputs for quality, precision, privacy, data accessibility, safeguards, user adoption, and effectiveness.

• Report directly to the Director of GTM Engineering (Revenue Operations).


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, sales operations, data analysis, or a similar field.

• Experience in creating AI agents or workflows utilizing large language models (LLMs) for real-world business applications.

• Proficiency in AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.

• Strong SQL skills.

• Fundamental understanding of statistics.

• Capability to document and enhance business processes.

• Bonus: Familiarity with Python, APIs, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, or business intelligence platforms.

• Bonus: Experience supporting channel or partner sales initiatives.

• Bonus: Experience collaborating across multiple regions.

• Bonus: Background in quantitative disciplines such as science, engineering, statistics, or mathematics.

• Must already have legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada; no sponsorship, relocation assistance, or visa transfer will be provided.
