Senior GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance a contemporary B2B go-to-market (GTM) engine.

• Recognize buying signals and convert them into automated GTM actions.

• Automatically enrich account and contact information while evaluating ideal customer profile (ICP) fit and intent.

• Automate highly customized, data-driven outbound campaigns based on signals.

• Prioritize and allocate leads and accounts according to fit, intent, and engagement levels.

• Create workflows and data flows between the customer relationship management (CRM) system and GTM stack.

• Design and expand automations utilizing Clay, n8n, APIs, and webhooks.

• Quickly implement and assess experiments, then systematize successful strategies.

• Convert GTM processes into scalable systems that directly influence pipeline and revenue.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have independently constructed similar GTM infrastructure.

• Several years of experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, revenue operations (RevOps), or a similar B2B setting.

• Extensive experience with Clay, n8n, and contemporary GTM tools.

• Technical knowledge of APIs, webhooks, data structures, and CRM systems.

• Experience in enrichment, scoring, routing, and automated campaigns.

• Strong commercial acumen with an emphasis on pipeline development, conversion, and revenue generation.

• Proficient in both German and English languages.
