Senior GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop the foundational GTM systems and data infrastructure, encompassing CRM architecture, enrichment tools, and integrations.

• Manage the complete enterprise lead generation process, including sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing logic.

• Design and automate both outbound and inbound lead flows to ensure a qualified sales pipeline is maintained.

• Collaborate with Sales and leadership to establish criteria for qualified leads and implement qualification systems at scale.

• Leverage AI tools, such as Claude, to prototype and deploy lead-generation automations.

• Continuously evaluate, measure, and enhance lead-generation systems.

• Work in close partnership with Sales to translate the GTM foundation into a robust pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a GTM engineering or demand generation position, preferably developing enterprise lead-generation systems from the ground up.

• Practical experience with Salesforce, enrichment tools, sales engagement platforms, and automation technologies.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Familiarity with Python or JavaScript for creating custom workflows and integrations.

• Proven history of building or significantly enhancing sourcing, enrichment, scoring, or routing systems that expanded the qualified pipeline.

• Quick ability to learn new tools, including AI technologies like Claude.

• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to identify pipeline or data-quality issues.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities for articulating technical systems to non-technical audiences.

• Ownership mentality and capability to establish structure from scratch in an independent, fast-paced environment.
