This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead go-to-market enablement for key initiatives with established KPIs, operating rhythms, and change management strategies.
• Develop program charters and success criteria in collaboration with GTM leadership.
• Evaluate program effectiveness in relation to pipeline generation, quota achievement, and win-rate KPIs.
• Integrate programs and processes into enduring onboarding practices.
• Empower sales representatives to convey customer value through ongoing coaching.
• Assist in manager-led coaching and storytelling enhancement sessions.
• Maintain competitive resources, including battlecards and job aids.
• Ensure sales teams possess the necessary content and tools to implement strategic priorities throughout the sales cycle.
• Monitor adoption and revenue KPIs following rollout.
• Provide timely access to essential information for representatives.
• Oversee a content management platform and content system for processes, motions, and priorities.
• Advocate for data-driven continuous improvement and recognition.
• Track enablement, usage, and sales performance data to identify areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success leadership to address gaps and validate program modifications.
• Over 3 years of experience developing learning programs for sales or revenue teams, or equivalent background.
• More than 3 years of experience in a SaaS environment.
• Experience utilizing AI for coaching, content delivery, and program assessment.
• Previous experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Proven track record in designing sustainable and scalable programs.
• Strong passion for enhancing the learner experience and knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience in applying structured change management methodologies, such as ADKAR.
• Competence in defining, tracking, and analyzing enablement KPIs.
• Experience in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• Outstanding communication skills with a history of successful cross-functional collaboration.
• Capacity to balance measurable results with empathy for individuals, customers, and the organization.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger Sale and Command of the Message.
