Senior Growth Operations Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a functional leader, mentor, and escalation point for Growth Operations Business Partners (GOBPs)

• Provide guidance to Growth Operations and field leadership concerning operational challenges and prospects

• Oversee the complete operational integration for new, acquired, and reopened centers

• Ensure preparedness in areas such as licensing, staffing, enrollment, training, systems, and operations

• Assist in the onboarding and development of peers

• Develop and enhance processes, tools, and training in collaboration with Growth Operations leadership

• Convert insights into practical solutions to enhance execution and operational performance

• Represent Growth Operations in cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects

• Drive change by pinpointing enhancements, aligning stakeholders, and fostering adoption

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in operations, business partnerships, project leadership, or a related field

• Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities

• Capability to influence and cultivate the development of others

• Proven experience in managing intricate projects, steering strategic initiatives, and implementing business plans across various collaborators

• Strong judgment, adaptability, and problem-solving capabilities

• Proficiency in identifying patterns, translating insights into actionable recommendations, and creating repeatable solutions that enhance performance

• Willingness to travel up to 75% is required
