SAP Product Lifecycle Management, Business Process Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive the organization through the transformation of the PLM workstream.

• Facilitate the entire program by conducting PLM fit-to-standard workshops.

• Address cross-workstream process dependencies effectively.

• Ensure process integrity throughout the design, build, and deployment stages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in business process design, particularly within SAP, with a solid understanding of the fundamental business operations regardless of the tool.

• Proven experience in implementing SAP as a business-driven initiative, where process design informs system design.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA functionalities related to Product Lifecycle Management, such as bill of material and product structure management; product formulation and recipe development; specification and product data management; engineering/product change management; new product introduction and commercialization; packaging and artwork management; regulatory compliance and sustainability.

• Capability to reverse-engineer from SAP functionality to outline necessary business processes, master data, and inputs.

• Experience in developing business process flows.

• Preferred: working knowledge of SAP’s Active Methodology and SAP Best Practice flows.

• Preferred: experience in creating business process flows adhering to BPMN standards.
