Senior Growth Marketing Executive – Business Banking EU

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in the comprehensive delivery of campaigns across European markets, encompassing planning, setup, optimization, measurement, and reporting.

• Oversee the execution and optimization of Direct Mail activities, including audience selection, campaign planning, creative development, supplier coordination, testing, and performance evaluation.

• Aid in the execution and optimization of Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns.

• Create testing strategies for account structures, campaign planning, experiments, and creative roadmaps.

• Collaborate with local markets, Brand, Integrated Marketing, Creative, Product, and Data teams.

• Share insights with the Growth Marketing team and establish repeatable playbooks for launching Monzo Business in new markets.

• Report to the Growth Marketing Lead (Business Banking).

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering Direct Mail campaigns, preferably in an acquisition or growth marketing context.

• Experience in, or a willingness to enhance skills in, Paid Social and Paid Search.

• Proficient in utilizing data to analyze performance and gain insights into business customer engagement.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate campaigns across teams and partners.

• Customer-centric mindset.

• Test-and-learn mentality and adaptability to agile working environments.

• Experience in financial services, B2B marketing, or international markets is advantageous but not mandatory.
