Senior Growth Consultant – ASO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee strategies driven by ASO and CRO for global clients, ensuring a scalable impact across various markets and languages.

• Assist primary ASO clients worldwide with strategic planning and roadmaps that span multiple markets and languages.

• Utilize experimentation methodologies to enhance app campaign performance, merging ASO expertise with CRO principles to boost conversion rates.

• Direct keyword optimization (KWO) initiatives to enhance app discoverability in global markets and languages.

• Implement creative testing methodologies to improve app store assets.

• Mentor Growth Managers in cultivating analytical and strategic capabilities alongside data-driven decision-making.

• Formulate and fine-tune client strategies by leveraging user behavior, app store dynamics, and growth experimentation.

• Expand Phiture’s presence in the mobile marketing sector, particularly in ASO.

• Ensure the consistent provision of high-quality services and solutions.

• Remain informed about industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into pod strategies.

• Report directly to the Growth Lead and collaborate closely with key clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in ASO or related areas (e.g., CRO, performance marketing, experiment-driven mobile growth).

• Comprehensive understanding of ASO and mobile marketing, particularly in performance marketing.

• Strategic thinker with proven expertise in experimentation, hypothesis testing, and user behavior analytics.

• Strong research abilities and critical thinking skills paired with a data-driven approach.

• Curiosity and flexibility, with a readiness to learn the technical aspects of ASO if not already acquainted.

• Exceptional client management abilities within an agency environment.

• Proficient English communication skills (both spoken and written).
