Senior Growth Consultant – ASO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Growth Lead while collaborating closely with key clients.

• Spearhead ASO and CRO-focused strategies for global clients across various markets and languages.

• Assist major ASO clients in strategic planning and roadmap development across multiple markets and languages.

• Implement experimentation methodologies to enhance app campaign performance utilizing ASO and CRO principles.

• Direct keyword optimization initiatives to boost app visibility across international markets and languages.

• Employ creative testing methodologies to enhance app store assets.

• Mentor Growth Managers in cultivating analytical and strategic skills along with data-driven decision-making.

• Create and refine client strategies based on user behavior, app store dynamics, and growth experimentation.

• Expand Phiture’s presence in the mobile marketing sector, particularly in ASO.

• Ensure the consistent delivery of top-notch services and solutions.

• Remain informed about industry trends and best practices, integrating them into pod strategies.

• This is a fixed-term engagement lasting approximately 10–12 months, commencing as soon as possible.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in ASO or related disciplines (e.g., CRO, performance marketing, experiment-driven mobile growth).

• Comprehensive understanding of ASO and mobile marketing, particularly performance marketing.

• Strategic mindset with proven expertise in experimentation, hypothesis testing, and analyzing user behavior.

• Strong research capabilities and critical thinking, accompanied by a data-driven approach.

• A sense of curiosity and adaptability, with a readiness to learn the technical aspects of ASO if not previously acquainted.

• Exceptional client management abilities within an agency environment.

• Proficient English skills, both spoken and written.
