This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing the complete project execution process, which includes managing both internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitating client meetings to showcase consulting deliverables.
• Creating and implementing project plans to achieve client and project goals within the established scope and timeline.
• Providing recommendations through route-to-market strategies and strategic evaluations.
• Crafting a future-oriented sales and partner strategy.
• Developing sales coverage frameworks, job descriptions, and organizational structures for commercial operations.
• Merging go-to-market strategies by leveraging a blend of people, processes, and technology.
• Formulating contemporary marketing strategies that encompass audience segmentation, value propositions, demand-generation tactics, and lifecycle engagement methodologies.
• Establishing marketing performance metrics, KPIs, and operational models to assist organizations in optimizing expenditures, enhancing ROI, and reinforcing marketing's contribution to revenue.
• Constructing financial models to underpin recommendations.
• Previous experience in management consulting is essential.
• Significant business background focused on customer-facing roles such as sales, customer success, and channel partnerships.
• Possesses a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an MBA or master’s degree is preferred.
• Has 3-4 years of consulting experience, particularly in leading engagements within large, complex organizations (e.g., Fortune 500).
• Capable of contributing to all phases of the project lifecycle, from hypothesis formulation to the final presentation of deliverables, while taking leadership or ownership of multiple specific workstreams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Able to manage both internal and external stakeholders while overseeing projects from start to finish.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and project collaboration platforms (such as Monday.com).
