This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee the content strategy for employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives across Europe and international markets, ensuring alignment with regional hiring objectives.
• Develop impactful visual narratives, including employee highlights, videos, digital materials, and social media content, to showcase Ford's culture, innovation, and mission.
• Act as the creative lead for the Global Employer Brand team.
• Create scalable templates, toolkits, and style guides that adhere to corporate branding standards.
• Collaborate with recruiters, talent acquisition leaders, and business stakeholders to devise attraction strategies for essential talent segments and enhance careers site content.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns, content, and channels.
• Utilize data to refine creative assets and boost candidate engagement and hiring results.
• An Associate's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• A portfolio is required that demonstrates experience in employer branding, graphic design, visual storytelling, content creation, digital marketing, and creative campaign development.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in a global, matrixed environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• More than 5 years of experience in developing employer brand narratives, employee stories, recruitment marketing content, and executing recruitment marketing campaigns.
• At least 5 years of experience in maintaining brand standards, visual identity systems, creative guidelines, and design governance frameworks.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communications, creative services, digital media, social media, web, email, video, and marketing channels.
• Proven expertise in utilizing data and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, social media analytics, CRM reporting, or recruitment marketing analytics tools, to assess campaign performance, refine content strategies, make recommendations, and convey data-driven decisions.
• Excellent writing, editing, visual storytelling, and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
